Ability Fest

Ability Fest is an event organised by The Dylan Alcott Foundation & Untitled Group, aiming to use music as a platform to normalise disability by encouraging everyone – regardless of level of ability, gender, or race – to come together in celebration of live music.

With all artists, Untitled Group & the venue donating their time and resources, the inaugural event raised $200,000, with 100% of the proceeds going towards helping young Australians with disabilities via the Dylan Alcott Foundation.

The event is the first of its kind globally, with the venue hosting specifically designed infrastructure to cater to people of all levels of ability. In addition to this, the event features Auslan translators on stage, quiet zones for sensory sensitive patrons & guide dog accessibility, offering free tickets to carers of patrons in a gleaming benchmark for the wider event industry.
