We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Day-to-Day Manager / Management Assistant to collaborate with and support our electronic music roster at Untitled Group Management. This role involves providing comprehensive support to artists in their business and creative endeavours, managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and acting as a key liaison between artists and third-party stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working closely with talent, management, labels, publishers and agents in the music or entertainment industry.

HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME
- Collaborate with artists to develop and execute career strategies, contributing to long-term growth and success.
- Manage international and domestic calendars across multiple time zones, including promotional schedules, travel bookings, visa arrangements, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Act as a central point of contact for all third parties, including record labels, booking agents, publicists, lawyers, accountants, and brand partners.
- Coordinate with marketing teams, media partners, and management to enhance artist visibility and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure clear and efficient communication between all relevant stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Identify opportunities for artist growth and secure relevant partnerships, endorsements, and performance opportunities.
- Oversee artist schedules, including live performances, rehearsals, interviews, and recording sessions.
- Support on-site at events, festivals, and promotional activities as required.
- Monitor artist’s social media presence, provide insights, and assist in content creation.
- Liaise with tour managers and production teams to ensure seamless touring and event execution.
- Handle general administrative duties as required to support artist management.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 to 5 years of experience in artist management, day-to-day management, or a similar role in the music or entertainment industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian and international music landscape.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and other relevant project management tools.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours and during live events.
