We're seeking an energetic and experienced Ticketing Operations Support to support our Ticketing team during the upcoming festival season. We need an efficient and confident individual who can seamlessly adapt to our dynamic environment. You will be required to work onsite at:
- Dom Dolla Melbourne 13th December 2024 to 14th December 2024 (inclusive)
- Beyond the Valley, Hesse VIC from 26th December 2024 to 1st January 2025 (inclusive)
- Pitch Music & Arts, Moyston VIC from 6 March 2023 to 11 March 2023 (inclusive)
ABOUT YOU
In this role, you will manage ticketing functions, box office services and gates during the Untitled Summer Season for events including Beyond The Valley and Pitch Music & Arts as a part of the Untitled Group Ticketing team. Working collaboratively, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance and smooth management of ticketing requests and communications, assistance in event delivery, ticket reporting.

HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME:
- 3IC to the Head of Ticketing - you’ll be the eyes, ears and arms for the ticketing team.
- Becoming a problem solving rockstar; handle any hiccups with a cool head and a can-do attitude. You're the ultimate festival fixer.
- Assisting with Event Set Ups.
- Working alongside the Ticketing Department, Accreditation and Megatix to troubleshoot any ticketing issues.
- Managing the entry process for the events and both the bus drop-off zone and the main vehicle access gates.
- Manage all gate staff and volunteers whose role it is to enter patrons and vehicles into the events.
- Managing wristband and ticket scanner allocations to each lane.
- Coordinating staff breaks, keep a pulse on their well-being, and ensure everyone feels supported to create a festival they can be proud of.
- Reporting on patron complaints and de-escalating issues where necessary.
- Working with the wider event management team on creating a safe and positive workplace.
- General assistance and support for the Head of Ticketing and Ticketing Coordinator

- Box Office Management experience or event experience in supervisory roles
