Accreditation Manager

We're seeking an energetic and experienced Accreditation Manager to support our Ticketing team during the upcoming festival season. We need an efficient and confident individual who can seamlessly adapt to our dynamic environment. You will be required to work onsite at:

• Beyond the Valley, Hesse VIC from 26th December 2024 to 1st January 2025 (inclusive)
• Pitch Music & Arts, Moyston VIC from 6 March 2023 to 11 March 2023 (inclusive)
  

ABOUT YOU

In this role, you will manage Accreditation and Box Office services for Beyond The Valley and Pitch Music & Arts as part of the Untitled Group Event Operations team. Working collaboratively, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance and smooth management of requests and communications.

HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME:

• Being the point of contact for all accreditation requests (Accreditation, Vehicle Pass, and Com) for our major camping festivals, including the management of the relevant inbox.
• Liaising with relevant department heads to approve external requests from contractors and suppliers.
• Working with Ticketing on the issuing of comp tickets via our ticketing platforms.
• Managing the offsite Accreditation collection process leading up to and during the event.
• Managing a team of Box Office and Accreditation Staff.
• Formulating a master guest list doc for event Box Office.
• Managing our Accreditation system and ensuring all supplier information is up to date.

• Experience with ticketing platforms
• Attention to detail
• Time management
• Effective people management skills
• Ability to work well in high pressure situations
• Box Office Management experience or event experience in supervisory roles
• Passion for music and the event industry
• Melbourne-based
